Ramah Football Academy, an affiliate of Chitungwiza Junior Football Development League held an award ceremony last Saturday at the Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex to celebrate the success of their Under 15 boys team.

The academy recently emerged victorious in the Chitungwiza Junior Football Development League (CJFDL) Under 15 Champion of Champions Tournament.

The ceremony was graced by esteemed guests including the Vice Chairperson of the CJFDL Mr Livingstone Manhombo, Former Footballer and Ramah partner Mr. Lazarus Duri, LM Auctioneers Director Mr. Lewis Muzhara and parents of the young footballers.

In his address, Mr. Manhombo congratulated the young champions and emphasized the importance of upholding sportsmanship and fair play. He urged all teams to shun age cheating and prioritize the development of young talent through ethical practices.

This victory signifies a significant achievement for Ramah Football Academy, showcasing the hard work, dedication, and talent of the Under 15 team.

LM Auctioneers Director Mr Lewis Muzhara applauded Ramah Academy for developing and nurturing young talents and encouraged the youngsters to continue striving for excellence.

His sentiments we also echoed by Former Footballer and Ramah partner Mr Lazarus Duri who recognised the academy as a beacon of hope for aspiring footballers in the community.

For their exceptional prowess the Ramah Academy players were honored with medals proudly donated by Mr.Lazarus Duri.

The academy’s focus on developing well-rounded individuals through sportsmanship and fair play aligns perfectly with the values emphasized by the Chitungwiza Junior Football Development League.
