
The vibrant grassroots football scene in Chitungwiza is set to ignite as the highly anticipated Chitungwiza Junior Football Development League Under 14 preliminary round matches takes centre stage across the town on March 8th, 2025.

The preliminary round serves as a crucial stepping stone towards the highly anticipated Under 14 season opening tournament, scheduled for March 15th at the iconic Chibuku Stadium. This tournament will officially launch the season and provide a platform for the best young footballers in Chitungwiza to shine.
In a draw that was conducted at Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex the stage has been set for some thrilling matchups, with Group A emerging as a probable ‘group of death’ after seeing several big teams drawn together.”
- Pool A (Seke 1 High): The grounds of Seke 1 High will host a six-team showdown featuring Cspro, Montana, Sporting Bragga, Seke North, Zengeza Busters, and Sky Eagles. This pool promises a clash of established youth academies and emerging talents.
- Pool B (Seke Mhurimwe): Mhuriimwe will be the battleground for Marisa, Rhama, Dynasty, Synkronsiety, Grinders, and Bethel. Expect fierce competition as these teams strive to advance.
- Pool C (Seke 5 Primary): Seke 5 Primary will witness the skills of Ruponeso, Nuggets, FNF, JB8, and Excellence. This pool is expected to be a hotbed of youthful energy and determination.
- Pool D (Zengeza 3 Ground): Zengeza 3 Ground will host Farpost, Wedge, Early Birds, Vana Vedu, and Brigmer. This pool is filled with teams that are ready to show their talent.
