The highly anticipated event will feature a diverse lineup of established and emerging voices in Zimbabwe’s urban music scene, including Tanto Wavie, Sane Wav, Nisha TS, Hwinza and Young Gemini. The entertainment lineup will also feature Maxy Boi (Mulanation), Yadis and Scrip Mula (Mulanation), with MC Tatts serving as host alongside DJs Tashman and RSK.

The Shoko Festival is set to bring back its popular ‘Peace in the Hood’ concert, with the free community celebration scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Unit L Community Hall Grounds in Chitungwiza, starting at 10am.

True to its community-centred spirit, Peace in the Hood will offer free entry, bringing music, hip-hop and urban culture directly to the people of Chitungwiza. The event promises a celebration of the raw energy, creativity and unity that define Zimbabwe’s urban communities.
