Mr. Dominique attended the CJFDL league fixtures played across Chitungwiza, witnessing firsthand the incredible young talent and the passion for grassroots football in the community.
In a move that promises to revolutionize junior football in Chitungwiza, the Technical Director pledged to partner with the CJFDL, focusing on FIVE KEY PILLARS of development:
Coaches’ Capacitation: Enhancing the skills and knowledge of local coaches.
Referees’ Training: Improving the standards and expertise of match officials.
Safeguarding: Ensuring a secure and positive environment for all young players.
Administration Courses: Strengthening the organizational and administrative capacity of the league.
Scouting Courses: Developing local talent identification networks and skills.
This commitment underscores ZIFA’s new technical development agenda to build a strong foundation for the future of Zimbabwean football, starting from the grassroots level.
